Welcome to our family-run sheep farm, nestling on a hillside high above the River Usk valley with spectacular views across the Brecon Beacons National Park.

We offer extremely comfortable accommodation in our 18th century farmhouse, centrally heated throughout and with a log fire to enjoy in the lounge on colder evening.

Our spacious double/family bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to modern standards, including en-suite facilities, T V, beverage trays, inter net access and many extras.

We serve a traditional hearty Welsh breakfast in the beamed dining room with its lovely inglenook fireplace. Food is sourced locally as much as possible, and special diets catered for. There are several local inns within a short drive for evening meals.

The area is peaceful and unspoilt with endless opportunities for walking, riding, cycling etc. or simply touring around enjoying its lovely scenery and attractions. There is safe parking and a good mobile phone signal. We are happy to offer our guests information on the area including the loan of maps. Although we do not have any ground floor bedrooms we welcome less able visitors. Our policy is to farm and run our B & B business in an environmentally friendly way.

Just a few places to visit nearby:
Historic Brecon, the Brecon Beacons National Park Visitors Centre, Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal, Llangorse Lake nature reserve & water sports, waterfall area at Ystradfellte, the National Showcaves Centre - Dan yr Ogof, Carreg Cennen Castle, the National Botanic Garden of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, Blaenavon Heritage Centre, Hay on Wye for books and craft shops etc.

Come and see for yourself and stay with the folks who live on the hill.
