The Malt House This newly converted malt house (5*) provides absolutely everything you could wish for. Nestled in the heart of the country village of Llanfihangel Nant Bran, this stylish, modern conversion is superbly situated for a perfect country holiday. With country walks, pony trekking or cycling from your doorstep, you can polish off the day with a home cooked meal, either with the cottage owner or at the country pub nearby.

The immaculate finish of The Malt House is second to none, with oak floorboards throughout the open plan ground floor, with a leather suite to relax in front of the television (basic Sky channels) or you can simply watch country life throughout the window! CD player provided also. Upstairs, the calming décor is guaranteed to give you a restful break. The master bedroom, double with the option of an en suite bathroom, tastefully finished with Laura Ashley bed linen and curtains. T.V. and video player. Bedroom 2, twin with the option of a third bed if required. Children's hot water bottles and television present.

A well equipped kitchen and utility room, washing machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer all installed for you to enjoy. Ironing board and iron also provided. Bathroom 1 downstairs, toilet and sink. Main bathroom upstairs, power shower, bath, toilet and sink. All towels provided and all bed linen provided free of charge. Electricity and heating all included in price also.

Directions: From Brecon take the A40 West, towards Llandovery. After passing through Llanspyddid (2miles), turn right at Aberbran (4 miles) over River Usk to a 'T' junction. Turn right for ½ mile, then sharp left, signposted 'Llanfihangel-Nant-Bran 4 miles'. Winding up the valley through the village of Soar, another 1 ½ miles and you will come into Llanfihangel-Nant-Bran. Turn at the first right, signed Gwarllan, Penpentre and The Granary and you have arrived in another world.
